You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  2. Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return in the input box area.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Send the returning items by mail to: Address<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. All return shipping fee has to be cut from the payment originally used for purchase before refund.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Refund policy<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

    Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All <\/span>Non-returnable items<\/span> will neither receive refund nor return to you. <\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    The shipping and handling fee is not refundable. We can only refund the rest of the cost after cutting the shipping and handling fee. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

    CANCELLATION POLICY<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped will not be cancelled.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled can include:<\/span><\/p>\n

      We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting and processing any order. Our customer care will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if we require additional information to accept your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

      If your order is cancelled after your credit card\/debit card has already been charged, then the charged amount will be reversed to your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Nefertiti for Natural oils and herbs ships & delivers its products to almost all parts of the world.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • All prepaid orders will be shipped within 3-4 days of the payment received. It is ensured that fresh products are shipped.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • We ship on all days except Friday and National Holidays.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned to our warehouse. We recommend that you provide the complete address along with a mobile number in the delivery address to ensure a faster delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
