Return Procedure
Returning a product is simple and hassle-free. Just follow these steps:

Provide Your Order Number: Let us know which items you are returning and the reason for the return.

Pack the Items: Securely pack the returned products along with a copy of the acknowledgment email in a suitable box.

Ship the Package: Send the return to same address in the invoice.
Please note: Return shipping costs will be deducted from the original payment method before a refund is issued.
Refund Policy
Before issuing any refund, all returned items will be inspected for eligibility.

Non-returnable items will not be refunded and will not be returned to the sender.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If your order included a promotional item or gift, it must be returned along with the product. If not, the full retail price of the gift item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion in the following situations:

In some cases, we may request additional information before processing the order. Our customer service team will contact you if your order (or a portion of it) is cancelled, or if more details are required.
If the payment has already been processed and the order is later cancelled, the charged amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept our decision regarding cancellations.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Nefertiti for Natural Oils & Herbs ships to most international destinations.

All prepaid orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days of payment confirmation.

We ship Monday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and national holidays.

In case of non-availability at delivery, our shipping partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to our warehouse.

Please ensure you provide a complete shipping address and active mobile number for timely delivery.
