Return procedures

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:

  1. Contact us
  2. Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return in the input box area. 
  3. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request. 
  4. Send the returning items by mail to: Address
  5. All return shipping fee has to be cut from the payment originally used for purchase before refund. 

 

Refund policy

Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.

 

The refund only for incorrect order or damaged orders. The returned or proceed for destroy oils that canceled by customers for a problem with the law at their countries is not refundable.

The shipping and handling fee is not refundable. We can only refund the rest of the cost after cutting the shipping and handling fee. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped will not be cancelled.

Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled can include:

  •  Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  •  Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
  •  Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting and processing any order. Our customer care will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if we require additional information to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card has already been charged, then the charged amount will be reversed to your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  • Nefertiti for Natural oils and herbs ships & delivers its products to almost all parts of the world.
  • All prepaid orders will be shipped within 3-4 days of the payment received. It is ensured that fresh products are shipped.
  • We ship on all days except Friday and National Holidays.
  • Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned to our warehouse. We recommend that you provide the complete address along with a mobile number in the delivery address to ensure a faster delivery.

Shipping Rates & Times

  • For all areas serviced the delivery time would be approximately 5-9 business days once we have processed the shipping. 

PAYMENT POLICY

Your shopping cart is hosted and secured by PayPal. You can pay for your purchases:

  • By Credit Card, without the need of owning a PayPal account.

The PayPal payment module helps protect your credit card information using the best systems available on the market for security and prevention against fraud. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.

  • Using your PayPal account. The transaction will show up in your account.

 If you do not own a credit card nor a PayPal account, you can use bank transfer method for paying your order cost, in this case the transfer fee is on the customer.
