It has been surprising that the use of Black Seed Oil has improved my condition. It reduced the inflammation and pain, lowered my glucose levels as I am diabetic. So I was able to reduce my insulin doses. Bowel improvements. This is my first week of taking this so I expect more results in the long term, but so far these were what was noticed. Many of my body and health problems together has made me disabled so every little bit of improvement is welcomed. I didnt know that package will come so quickly. I suffer badly with psoriasis and decided after a recommendation from my friend to try treating it with black seed oil. My skin condition has improved so much and my skin has actually started to glow again! I have also noticed the inflammation and pain on my knee joints has reduced, this has been an issue for me for a long time. I am currently trying this product on my thinning hair in hope that black seed oil will regenerate it…just a few weeks in and already I can see the difference. Schwarzkümmelöl … was soll ich sagen! Sein Geschmack mag nicht für alle attraktiv sein, obwohl man sich nach einer Weile daran gewöhnt und ein wenig Honig die Bitterkeit lindern kann. Black seed oil…what can I say! Be advised that the taste isn’t so appealing for all but adding a little honey to it fixes that and you get used to it after a while. I can really feel it working from the inside. I also suffer from diabetes and I found that this has also improved and my blood sugar levels are more stable. It’s so much more manageable – I am so impressed by this wonderful oil!
